Our Knoxville, TN location is currently seeking a dependable, quality-focused Warehouse Check-In Associate. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager of our Knoxville location.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain organization of warehouse and product
• Monitor the unloading of delivery trucks
• Computer check in procedures
• Verify inventory accuracy during check in process
• Unload inbound shipments, compare to packing list, and inspect product for damage
• Advise Will Call customers when orders arrive
• Stage and load Will Call and Common Carrier pickups
• Cancel orders, move product to holding area, scan paperwork
• Download warehouse scanner and upload
• Stage and load delivery trucks
• Condense warehouse
• Bail and condense cardboard – schedule for pickup
• Clean dock pits
• Sweep, mop, and keep warehouse and outside property clean/ safe
• Order and stock installation parts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Customer-focused, professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent attendance
• High schoold graduate or equivalent, at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently, 100lbs occassionally
• Prior experience with warehouse and inventory, or warehouse check-in duties required

• Previous Check-In or Warehouse experience in the appliance industry preferred
